Service Awards announced by Ford Motor Co.
Employee Excellence Awards
Ford Motor Co. has announced the winners of the top honors for Service Advisors in the Detroit market and Village Ford is very proud to announce that Nick Zak was rated as the #1, service advisor in the Detroit Metro area! Dennis Barnes wins the honors as #7 and Tracy Mandernach and David Glass were rated in the top 50!
At Village Ford we consider that a clean sweep! Service Advisors have to meet criteria based on customer satisfaction and volume of customers. Our group was rated highest in the region and Nick took home the honor of being #1. All of our advisors were lead performers and received recognition from Ford and their peers. .
We’re proud of the fact that we serve and assist a lot of people in maintaining and servicing their cars and trucks. But, we are even happier to announce that according to our customers our team does it better than anyone else!
